A perfectly designed mixture for shady parts of the lawn and to aid in erosion control in high slope areas.  Southern Shade-Mix is a proprietary blend of three different hardy fine fescues. Proven to be successful in lower pH soils, Southern Shade is the fine fescue choice when mixing with wildflowers.

• Premium Turf Type Tall Fescue grass seed for use in moderate to heavy shade
• Blue Tag Certified giving full disclosure of contents and germination rate
• Drought tolerant with good insect and disease resistance
• Not tolerant of high traffic
• Should not be sown in area of full sun
